CP Electronics has launched the SPIR-F/C, a ceiling-mounted presence detector that can be surface- or flush-mounted onto a standard switch box.

The detector monitors the zone and will switch on when occupancy is picked up. Time delay is adjustable between 10 seconds and 30 minutes.
