LOFT IN SPACE: Developer Urban Splash has unveiled designs for the refurbishment of a Victorian terrace in Langworthy, Salford. Urban Splash will work with architect Shed KM to give a modern feel to the existing buildings. Salford First Housing Association is in negotiations to join the project, which will be funded by English Partnerships. Costs are not yet available.
