It aims to evaluate the services provided by the London homelessness charity.
It is part of a drive to double the scale of its operations in the next three years and increase the donations it gets from 拢500,000 to 拢1m each year, taking its total budget to 拢1.8m by 2007.
David Devoy, head of hostels and services, said: 鈥淲e are now challenging ourselves to provide more for our clients 鈥� 300 helped into work will double to 600.鈥�
