Burtenshaws on team behind £9.5m project in city centre
A mixed-use scheme in Leeds comprising 80 flats and 22,500 square feet of offices has been completed. The development in North Street sits above a naturally ventilated car park. The project team includes QS Burtenshaws, contractor Barr Construction, architect Carey Jones and developer City Wall.
A statement from the architect said the development was built largely with white Spanish Dolomite and "forms a robust response to both the environment and the brief".
