Construction consultant John Rowan & Partners has secured three contracts from London housing associations this month, further boosting the consultant’s strong track record in social housing.
The firm is employed as development monitoring agent, cost consultant and employers’ agent on schemes valued at over £45m. Mash Halai, a partner at John Rowan & Partners, said: “Bringing together housing associations and private developers, the projects are driven by commercial issues and residential, tenant considerations.â€
The most significant of the schemes is a £30m new build scheme, North Brentford Quarter. Dominion, Notting Hill and A2 Housing Groups are contracting to develop 400 units in the Barratt development.
JRP is also working with Notting Hill Housing Group on a £17.5m scheme in Bedfont Lane, Hounslow. The consultant is also acting as employers’ agent and cost consultant on a £1.5m design and build project for Catalyst Housing Group in Ealing.
