Trade fabricator John Fredericks has signed a new deal with WHS-Halo to fabricate the brand new Rustique 2 fully sculptured profile.

The profile is easy to glaze and fit thanks to a newly-introduced, single-leg glazing bead.

John Fredericks, which exclusively fabricated WHS-Halo's flagship Rustique product for more than a decade, will be the first big fabricator of the new profile.

Kevin Hill, John Fredericks' managing director said: 鈥楯ohn Fredericks is the most experienced and longest established Rustique system fabricator in the UK and we're naturally delighted to be the first to offer this exciting new system. It has many benefits for the installer but its main advantage is its single leg glazing bead which makes it very quick and easy to install'.

Mid-March launch

The company will offer the new, enhanced system to its nationwide customer base from mid-March 2006 in a move that underlines its commitment to continue to invest in high quality, innovative and fitter friendly products, and provide unrivalled technical and sales support combined with a flexible customer approach.

Kevin adds: 鈥榃e recognised the need for a fitter-friendly system that simplifies the installation process and we've found that with Rustique 2.

Easy installation

Rustique 2 has been developed to offer superb performance and make installation as quick and easy as possible. In response to market demands for easy-to-glaze and install products, it introduces a single-leg glazing bead to significantly speed up fitting times and glazing, both on-site and in the factory.

Maintaining its distinctive profile shape to provide a consistent product appearance throughout the entire range, Rustique 2 also benefits from a five chamber profile design to provide exceptional strength and durability as well as enhanced thermal and noise insulation.

Lead-free

Another major advantage of this exciting new profile is that it is lead-free calcium organic. This breakthrough development has environmental benefits over traditional systems.

It will be available in white, woodgrain and woodgrain on white, and is capable of accepting 28mm and 32mm glazing options. The new system will also benefit from the very latest high security hardware.
