Initial fire and Security has been presented with the BSIA's prestigious Chairman's Award for Contribution to Training 2005.

Initial was selected for its excellent work with apprentices over the years, and its impressive track record in gaining external funding for the industry. The award recognises individuals or companies who have made significant contributions to enhance the reputation and standing of the industry to the benefit of the whole community.
