Hull鈥檚 housing market renewal pathfinder is looking for developers, RSLs and contractors to deliver its multimillion-pound programme.

Hull City Council鈥檚 portfolio holder for regeneration, councillor Kath Lavery, who also sits on the pathfinder board, said the projects needed to be delivered within very short timescales.

Hardial Bhogal, interim director of the pathfinder, Gateway, said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e looking for organisations that can think outside the box and help us to realise our aspirations and to regenerate our communities.鈥�

The council was put under partial government supervision last November because of concerns over leadership and lack of demand for surplus homes.

Bob Pringle, director of regeneration at Touchstone Housing Association, will take over from Bhogal as chief executive of the pathfinder in November.
