HOUSE PROUD: Irwell Valley Housing Association's Chorlton Park development scooped one of the Housing Design Awards at a ceremony in London on Wednesday. Designed by Stephenson Bell, the project has delivered 23 affordable homes at a density of 180 dwellings a hectare – which won it the Housing Corporation's "best example of affordable housing".
