High hopes: Architect TP Bennett hopes to convert this 12-storey block in south-east London into 44 homes, 14 affordable. The £5m development will include offices and a cafe. The architect is now in discussions with a number of potential housing association partners and submitted a planning application to Southwark council last week. If granted, construction should begin in March.
