Hello campus: Shaftesbury Housing Group has started work on a £7m student housing project in London.

The 212-room scheme will be built by subsidiary Shaftesbury Student Housing for City University and will be completed in September.

The construction firm is Rok Llewellyn, the architect is Haworth Tompkins.

Shaftesbury is also currently building three more student developments elsewhere in the capital.
