Davis Langdon is celebrating a slew of new project wins, including the largest PFI hospital development programme outside London, the Pathway scheme in Leicestershire.

The firm鈥檚 Milton Keynes office will act as cost consultant on the 拢761m redevelopment of the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, which is being built by contractor Laing O鈥橰ourke. Another cost consulting role has been scored on the outline business case option appraisal for the 拢500m Royal Liverpool University Hospital. Health sector specialists will work on the project, which includes a complete rebuild designed by architect Nightingale Associates.

Meanwhile, the Cambridge office has been chosen to provide cost and facilities management services for the redevelopment of Southend Hospital. The 拢100m PFI scheme aims to improve the hospital鈥檚 ability to deliver high dependency and elective emergency care services.

In Scotland, Davis Langdon has been appointed by Sanctuary Housing as preferred bidder on the 鈥淩E:LOCATE鈥 project for Queen Margaret University College in Edinburgh. The Scotland team will provide whole life costs, capital costs and bid management.
