Sir Alan Sugar recently gave up his time to speak in Manchester to a group of businessmen as a fundraiser for the Nicky Alliance Day Centre, a centre for disabled and aged members of the Manchester community.

After his speech, the top entrepreneur and Amstrad founder was presented with a special piece in glass: A model Amstrad PC mounted on Sir Alan's ‘desk', produced by Steve Hyams of Manchester specialists Ourglass.

Sir Alan is pictured with Mrs Michelle Wiseman, Chairman of the Centre.
