Sunderland arc and O&H group will build 1500 units on this 90-acre site on the banks of the River Wear, Sunderland, which is expected to bring £300m of private sector investment.

More than a third of the land will be given over to a sculpture trail, two major parks, a riverside walkway and cycleway.
