As a 26-year-old building surveyor working for a large contractor, I had hoped that your graduate article (16 September) would have addressed all the issues the construction industry faces.

However, once again with 星空传媒 magazine, it doesn鈥檛.

Ten people, all the 鈥渁cceptable鈥� colour for the industry 鈥� 星空传媒, what about all the black people? How can these 10 represent the industry, when they don鈥檛 represent the country?

I鈥檓 disappointed, though not surprised, as black people are rarely represented in 星空传媒, and when they are, it鈥檚 the usual stereotypes.

Just wanted to share my opinion with you 鈥� And for the record, I鈥檓 not black, I鈥檓 Jewish!
