The CIOB strives to be accepted as a premier league organisation, yet in the May edition of its main mouthpiece, Construction Manager there is, at page 33, a quotation attributed to a roofer, which is at best coarse, and at worst, extremely crude. ("Not just a hairy-arsed roofer" - Ed.)
