Firm aims to become UK's largest independent building and project consultancy
Consultant CNP has grown turnover by 40% in the past year and has announced a string of new appointments. Group turnover is on track to exceed £7.5m by the end of the 2006 financial year, an increase of over 40% in the past 12 months. The firm, which has headquarters in Esher and four other offices in Leeds, London, Glasgow and Manchester, plans to double turnover by 2010.
CNP, which offers a range of surveying and building services, is particularly expanding its QSing, building surveying and M&E surveying operations. As part of the plan it has hired Matt Gander as senior QS, reporting to director Lori Clarke. He previously worked in the financial, IT, commercial and public sectors.
CNP has also taken on Dino Pashias, formerly of GW Ðǿմ«Ã½ Services and WSP Consulting, as associate director for M&E surveying. He will report to Andrew Tee, director of technical services.
Andrew Harriman has been promoted to the role of team leader in the firm's building surveying team. He is charged with growing the business in London and the Southeast. Harriman has been with CNP since he graduated four years ago.

The building surveying team has also recruited Matt Williams for its London and Southeast team. He will report to Harriman and was formerly a regional surveyor with Peacock group.
