Bucknall Austin is seeking a managing director to oversee a new phase for the firm following its rebirth two years ago.
The firm is advertising the post in the Sunday Times. The advert says the firm wants the new managing director to 鈥渓ead a highly talented board which is passionate about turning the company into a benchmark for clients and employees鈥.
Bucknall Austin was created in early 2003 after former chairman David Bucknall bought Citex Project Services from the firm鈥檚 administrators.
A source close to the firm said the new post was part of a drive to bring in fresh faces to the board. The source said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 an evolution at the business.鈥
The firm posted after-tax profit of 拢443,000 on a turnover of 27m for the 14 months to 30 April 2004 which Bucknall described last year as 鈥渞emarkable鈥. He said he planned to up the calibre of work in the firm鈥檚 second year and work for the 鈥渢op quartile of clients鈥.
