A development in south London has been shortlisted for a prestigious design award
The Elmington estate in Camberwell, built by regeneration organisation the Peckham Partnership, will rehouse Southwark council tenants from the old estate. The three-phase development has been shortlisted for the Brick Development Association’s annual awards. The £9m project was built with developer Countryside Properties and is designed by BPTW Architects. It is due for completion in 2006.
