The Gores Group, a privately held investment firm specialising in the technology, telecommunications and business services sectors, has acquired Brand-Rex from Honeywell International for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Scotland, Brand-Rex is renowned for its high performance cabling solutions for communications and extreme environment applications. 鈥淕ores will work closely with management to build on Brand-Rex鈥檚 leading position in design, manufacture and sales,鈥� said Steve Yager, president, mergers and acquisitions at Gores.
