星空传媒 Engineering Services Training has announced a formal strategic alliance with Electrical Assessment Services, an electro-technical training company which specialises in NVQ level three awards, craft apprenticeships and skills enhancement.

The result of this agreement sees the launch of BEST Electrical Assessment Services, allowing BEST to provide a full electro-technical training package to its partner employers.
