H&H makes partners

Hornagold & Hills has promoted Tim Fry and Chris Lavery to partners. Fry will head up the health team in the south of England. Fry joined the company in 1995 and has over 25 years' experience in the PPP/PFI and health sectors.

Lavery is in charge of developing the company's operations in Leeds and Liverpool. He also joined the firm in 1995 and has construction experience in both the private and public sectors.

Hanslow at Northcroft

Northcroft has appointed Ian Hanslow as associate director. Hanslow joins from Davis Langdon, bringing his experience in the residential, commercial and leisure sectors to the Birmingham office.

New Germany boss

John Atkins has been promoted to country manager for EC Harris in Germany, heading the firm's Dusseldorf and Berlin offices. Atkins, who joined the firm in 2001 from Ford Land Europe where he was a project manager, said the market in Germany was showing signs of recovery.

Back at F+A

Franklin + Andrews has welcomed Richard Stansfield back to the company as projects director in its growing rail division.

Stansfield started his career at F+A in 1984 and has spent the last 12 years working in senior management positions at Railtrack/Network Rail.

Mace Plus adds Coutts

Mace contracting arm Mace Plus has appointed Phil Coutts as interiors director to develop the firm's data centre and fit-out markets. He joins after a 17-year stint at fit-out contractor Structuretone and worked with clients such as Barclays Capital, JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. "This is a great opportunity to work with some of the best in class," he said.
