Concept picks team lead
Geoff McCarthy has joined project management firm Concept to head up the company’s mixed-use team.
He previously worked at housebuilder Barratt West London where he was development manager for regeneration and redevelopment.
Guy Brooks, previously of national day nursery operator Leapfrog, is also joining as project manager at Concept’s regeneration team.
Three get on board at Trett
Trett Consulting has appointed Cameron Hill as executive director of the firm with responsibility for the Americas and Middle East.
Hill is a chartered quantity surveyor with experience in dispute resolution throughout the construction and engineering industries.
Paul Blackburn, regional director for the North East and Yorkshire, and Andrew Glover, regional director for the North West, have also joined Trett’s UK board.
Manager joins QS in London
Tony Meaden has joined Tozer Gallagher, a practice of chartered quantity surveyors and construction consultants, as a partner to manage the London office. Meaden previously worked with Gardiner & Theobald.
TRAK appoints director
TRAK Construction Group has a new commercial director in Philip Parker. He will be overseeing the estimating and surveying disciplines of the company. Prior to his appointment Parker worked for Claydon Associates.
RLF makes QS associate
Construction and property consultancy RLF has promoted one of its senior quantity surveyors, Chris Hanson, to associate. Hanson has been working at RLF’s London office since joining the firm last year. Hanson began his career with Fairclough Ðǿմ«Ã½ as a trainee quantity surveyor in 1990.
