Chris Cochrane, 21, a resident at Centrepoint鈥檚 Camberwell Foyer, has been offered a one-year apprenticeship on chef Jamie Oliver鈥檚 Cheeky Chops course. The programme trains young people from difficult backgrounds to be chefs.

Vicky Johnson and Bridget Inns have joined performance analyst HouseMark as benchmarking managers. Johnson was formerly quality assurance and performance manager at Wigan council鈥檚 arm鈥檚-length management organisation. Inns was a performance specialist at the Audit Commission.

Foundation Housing has appointed Paul Belbin service director for its central Yorkshire group, based in Leeds.
Belbin was formerly services manager at English Churches Housing Group.
