Advice for someone moving into the sector
The housing sector is a very small world and you’ll develop contacts quickly if you network. You’ll soon find yourself in meetings where you know people from elsewhere.

Favourite book
Harry the Monster – I read it to my daughters, Jessica (three) and Hannah (one) most evenings so I know it word for word.

I’m an avid supporter of the infamous Gillingham FC and I play centre forward in South Manchester’s mixed hockey league.
What did you want to be as a child?
A pilot, although that was never an option as I’m as blind as a bat.
Tell us something we don't know
I once broke my leg parachuting and didn’t realise for three days. I was even contemplating a second jump, but luckily it was too dark to go ahead.
