Leicester resident Don Greening has been appointed deputy chair of Leicester Housing Association. Greening, who has served on the association board since 2000, is a former dental technician.
Dave Morris
Hermitage Care, part of the Guinness Trust Group, has taken on Dave Morris as regional care and support manager (South). Morris was policy and strategy manager (tenant service) with the Anchor Trust.
Shawn Scott
Shawn Scott has joined Salvation Army Housing Association as director of housing. He was previously assistant director at London Cyrenians Housing.
Ian Beckett
Ian Beckett, Moat Housing Group's former regional director for the South, has been promoted to head of development. He will lead three teams in the South, East and London.
Chris Green
Sunderland Housing Group has appointed Chris Green development officer. Green will have responsibility for Houghton, Hetton and South Sunderland.
Leonie Chettle
Leonie Chettle has been appointed property services manager at Family Housing Association. Chettle will be responsible for Family's responsive repairs service. She was previously in charge of maintenance and repairs at Threshold Housing and Support.
Christopher Hand
Christopher Hand has been voted New Charter's modern apprentice of the year. An electrician, Hand is one of 40 apprentices employed by the Tameside association.
