Automated reception

Honeywell is demonstrating the LobbyWorks Suite – an award winning technology based solution to the complex challenges of visitor management.

LobbyWorks automates the process of visitor management, manages the risk of a potential security breach and complies with health and safety requirements.

It is said to outperform paper-based or other electronic visitor systems in terms of security, technology, productivity, cost effectiveness, ease of use and integration.

The system provides an on-line visitor registration tool that can be operated by the hosts, using the internal web browser. Its automated visitor pre-registering and host notification minimises, or in some cases eliminates, the need for a manned reception area. Because the role of greeting and registering visitors and informing the host is no longer a labour intensive task, reception staff are free to perform other duties. Visitors in-put their details, which LobbyWorks processes to inform the host that their visitor has arrived – by email, pop-up or automated phone call. Visit stand H12
