Sheffield-based Camwatch Monitoring has opened a state-of-the-art central station that plays host to one of the most sophisticated remote monitoring services for end users in the UK.
Making use of all the latest transmission products currently available – from PSTN and ISDN through to network and ADSL Internet monitoring – part of the Camwatch service involves extensive call logging and customer report analysis, whereby clients benefit from a detailed analysis of their calls to pinpoint those areas where service levels might be improved.
According to Phil Bunting, sales director at Camwatch, the difference lies in that the company's bespoke facility has been designed from an installer's viewpoint, covering all elements from how alarm calls are routed to audit trails and technical support on a 24-hour basis.
