Reading "35 under 35" (13 June, page 30), it was most gratifying to note the number of excellent young housing professionals in the London area, but I fear for the future outside of the M25.
There appears to be no mention of colleagues in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and a token presence of colleagues from the South-west, Midlands and North.
Either this would suggest a complete lack of talent outside London or your "elder statespeople of housing" and journalists need to leave the big smoke a bit more.
I know which one my money is on. My experience would suggest that the rest of the UK is not short of talented and committed housing professionals. Come on folks, grab your coats and get out of London a bit more!
